[Bug 79001] Re: Can't start gnome
Fixed for me, was probably because of the Python transition. Eli: Same for you? Does it work again, maybe after reinstall? -- Can't start gnome https://launchpad.net/bugs/79001 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 79001] Re: Can't start gnome
Yeah works for me, I did a update, then a dist-upgrade, then a apt-get install gnome-panel and everything is working again. [Bug 79001] Re: Can't start gnome
Sebastian, are you sure that Gnome is really started? Try to set session to Gnome explicitly (select session in GDM menu and set it to Gnome). Sorry if it does not work either. ** Changed in: Ubuntu Assignee: (unassigned) = Áron Sisak Status: Unconfirmed = Needs Info -- Can't start gnome https://launchpad.net/bugs/79001 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
[Bug 79001] Re: Can't start gnome
This might be related to the current Python transition... I'll check this tomorrow. Thanks for replying. -- Can't start gnome https://launchpad.net/bugs/79001 -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
