You have not given any detail on how to reproduce this error.

Looking at the trace thought this is not problem with Deluge but with
either libboost or libtorrent. You can try testing with a newer version
of libtorrent, 0.15.6.

I don't know how to reproduce it, sorry, it just happened. I don't want
to upgrade to oneiric yet so it's fine by me to close this bug.
