Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-control-center
In GNOME Control Center, under "Date and Time" panel, the "Network Time" switcher is enabled. But since Ubuntu doesn't include ntp on CDs, most of users don't have it installed. Either this option should be disabled for them, or switching it on should install ntp.
