The direct output of "/usr/lib/indicator-me/indicator-me-service" is attached. The bar at the top of the screen is blank except for the Unity home button on the very left side, and (when applicable) the name of the currently running application. Application menus are shown under their windows' title bars instead of in the unity panel, and there are no network menus, no me - menu, no session menu, and no clock/calender. Running "unity --replace" - does not fix the problem, nor does running "unity --reset" (I tested - them independently, rebooting between the tests). Manually running the indicator binaries produces output, both directly and in the Terminal tab in which "unity --reset" is running, which might be relevant. (Then these binaries exit--they do not continue running, and invoking them manually does not work around this bug.)
