Arpwatch is not LSB compliant since it lacks a status action in its'
init script.

1) Description:    Ubuntu 10.04.2 LTS

2) Installed: 2.1a15-1.1
    Candidate: 2.1a15-1.1
    Version table:

3) Expect output from "$/etc/init.d/arpwatch status" or "$service
arpwatch status" such as "Arpwatch is running (pid XXXX)"

4) If you pass the "status" parameter to the init script you get the
usage output.
