I am on the latest Feisty Beta and I don't see it. Same problem here (latest Feisty), but 3 WINE-related menu items (they seem new: Example Scripts, Plugin Directory, and License (which supposedly opens the license in WINE Notepad, probably to show off their new wares, but whatever).
