I ran apport-collect after the suspend/resume cycle reconnected me, in case that helps. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/812716 Title: NM doesn't autoconnect either wired or wireless interfaces; suspend/resume fixes it -- Broadcom To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/812716/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

@Daniel: Does the following command run in a terminal also fix the problem? sudo restart network-manager If so then please reboot, confirm that the problem occurs, run "sudo restart network-manager", confirm that the problem has gone away, then run apport-collect 812716 to submit additional information. ** Changed in: network-manager (Ubuntu) Status: Confirmed => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/812716 Title: NM doesn't autoconnect either wired or wireless interfaces; suspend/resume fixes it -- Broadcom To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager/+bug/812716/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 812716] Re: NM doesn't autoconnect either wired or wireless interfaces; suspend/resume fixes it -- Broadcom
It is, but the bug only occurs now about 90% of the time instead of consistently requiring a suspend-resume cycle. Occasionally, the network connects reliably upon start-up.
