Public bug reported: I'm using Ubuntu 11.04. The problem is noticed when I choose to download and install apps from Ubuntu Software Centre 4.0.4. Specifically, when I click the install button for Thunderbird by Mozilla I get a warning message telling me that package files cannot be downloaded and to check my internet connection ( which is fine ).
