I'm not convinced that people want to add random people to their adressbook only because they replied to one of their mails. It needs evolution to be restarted after applying the setting, it seems, but then it seems to work fine. It should perhaps be extended to add autocollection of any to: address in a sent e-mail, but this is another story.
