Public bug reported:

Bluetooth doesn't work in kubuntu 11.04 when the computer boot up. When I run 
command:
"sudo service bluetooth restart"  it start to work.

Since it has been working fine in 10.10, it looks similar to bug 762964,
but the kernel update which should resolve the bug 762964 did not work
for me.

My bluetooth adapter is:
