Public bug reported:

## Issue

- Bluetooth pairing Wizard fails in GNOME Desktop

- Bluetooth pairing Wizard either skips or briefly flashes pairing PIN,
then goes to "Failed"

- bluetoothd fails with "bluetoothd[$PID]: Device or resource busy (16)"
when trying to pair with any device

## Environment

- Lucid 10.04 LTS

- GNOME Desktop

- LTS Natty backport kernel

## Steps to reproduce

1. click on Bluetooth Menu -> Add new device...

2. Click on Forward

3. Choose device form browse list

4. Click Forward

5. Process jumps directly to "Failed" page

Running "bluetooth -d -n" as root in the terminal reveals the following
error message at this point:

bluetoothd[2344]: Device or resource busy (16)

This does not appear during a successful pairing.
