Public bug reported:

Firstly, Wallch software does not show up in the Ubuntu Software Center
when you search for it.

Secondly, when you download it directly & install it the Ubuntu Software
Center is launched automatically but does not let you review it even
after restarting. Please note I have a valid account and can review
other software.
