I don't have the issue, but I think if you are still having this issue, I think you may have pinpointed the problem. Try removing that remote iCal link and see if that happens? I have all kinds of iCal links and don't have any lockup issues at all. Me again. I decided to use the program separate. That is, kmail, kaggregator, and korganizer. It still freezes. So I ended testing using one, and if it not freezes and another... Now I'm using kmail and kaggregator without problems. I guess the problem is with the calendar and korganizer (i don't know if they are the same). I have a resource in the calendar pointing to an ical in an http (svn).
