Windows which have been automaximized lack decorations when they are
restored (unmaximized.)
To reproduce:
- Open a program which remembers its window size (e.g. Nautilus)
- Resize it to fill the screen
- Close the program and restart it, it will be automaximized when opened this
time
- Click the restore button
