Actually, I just removed this single package kdegraphics-strigi-plugins, and the upgrade is now proceeding. It looks like some packages from kubuntu ppa (e.g kdegraphics-strigi-plugins) are holding back the upgrade. Could you please try removing these packages and tell if it helps.
