Public bug reported: After upgrading to Ubuntu 10.10 and starting to use Unity, I have noticed that some of the commands from the Compiz Grid plugin do not work like they used to. For example, with CTRL+ALT+KP4 and CTRL+ALT+KP6, it used to be possible to resize window first to cover half the screen, then 25% of the screen, and then 25/2% of the screen. Now, the window only covers half the screen, no matter how many times the shortcuts are pressed.
I prefer the old functionality, since it let me easily adjust window sizes to see multiple application windows at once. Additionally, CTRL+ALT+KP9 places the window in the top center part of the screen, instead of the top right part. All these regressions disrupt my work flow and reduce the usefulness of the Grid plugin.
