Public bug reported:

When using unity the ibus input does not work correctly for the Korean 
language.  When typing in Korean the space appears before the previous 
character rather than after it should.  When under unity-2d and gnome-shell the 
ibus input works correctly. Issues only arise when using unity.  On a side 
note, Google chrome works correctly while all the other apps do not.

I believe that since this causes problems for an entire language that it
should be considered high-priority.
