The problem is that the timezone on your system doesn't match the timezone in the xmltv file (+0100), setting LC_TIME to no_NO.UTF-8 or something should work. Sure it's not a rerun that's on so late? :) OnTV should really just show the information in the downloaded XMLTV file (stored in ~/.xmltv/tv_grab_country.xmltv).
