This file contains a 32-bit executable and comes from package
nspluginviewer:i386 . Presumably a 64-bit version should have been
supplied with this system.
No, because nspluginwrapper is only used for wrapping binary-only 32-bit
plugins on 64-bit systems. You *need* the 32-bit version, or else it's
not useful at all.
On Xubuntu for amd64, firefox, emits many warnings:
(npviewer.bin:1730): Gtk-WARNING **:
/usr/lib/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/engines/libmurrine.so: wrong ELF class:
ELFCLASS64
This is a minor bug in the gtk2-engines-murrine package, which needs to
be converted for multiarch.
(npviewer.bin:1730): Gtk-WARNING **: Unable to locate theme engine in
module_path: pixmap,
This is addressed by installing the gtk-engines-pixbuf:i386 package.
Gtk-Message: Failed to load module canberra-gtk-module
This is a bug in the libcanberra-gtk-module package, which needs to be
converted for multiarch.
