Public bug reported:
When trying to drag icons from the dash to the launcher, it is very slow
and laggy. Re-ordering icons already in the launcher is also laggy, but
less so.
See attached screen recording. Note that the recording doesn't show the
icon following behind the mouse when it actually is; IRL the mouse
movement is smooth but the icon-dragging is not.
