Please sync vala-terminal 1.3-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* debian/control:
- Build depend on quilt.
* debian/rules: Call --with quilt.
=> changed the source format to 3.0 (quilt) in debian
* Rename debian/patches/libvala-0.10-dev.patch to
debian/patches/libvala-0.12-dev.patch and update it for libvala-0.12-dev.
* Update debian/patches/autotools-refresh.patch too.
* Build-depend on libvala-0.12-dev instead of libvala-0.10-dev.
- Transition from libvala-dev to libvala-0.10-dev. (LP: #618809)
* debian/patches/libvala-0.10-dev.patch:
- Patch configure.ac to look for /usr/lib/pkgconfig/vala-0.10.pc
=> basically, a bunch of bumping libvala build-dependencies
=> vala-terminal doesn't need libvala _at all_, dependency was in error
* debian/patches/autotools_refresh.patch:
- Run autoreconf since we patch configure.ac
=> done once upstream (and we don't patch it any longer)
