Public bug reported: Hi
1) Run something like conky or system monitor to watch the memory. 2) View around 100 jpg pictures using the standard image viewer. Proceed from one image to the next using the image viewer "next" button. ** it may also leak with other image formats. You'll see the available memory resources drop. When you quit the image viewer the resources are not returned. This is a resource/memory leak ** Affects: libjpeg6b (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/908853 Title: Image Viewer memory leak in 11.10 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libjpeg6b/+bug/908853/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
