Public bug reported: I run 2 or 3 instances of the same application - SlickEdit. When I was working for a couple of hours, the SlickEdit icon in the Unity bar disappeared. What I got instead is a gray icon with a question mark. All the behavior of this corrupted icon (in the other aspects) is normal.
