I'm trying to install Ubuntu feisty fawn on my machine using herd 5. Somehow my
harddisk isn't detected at all.
My harddisk is a SATA and should be working (AFAIK) by using the following
interface: 01:0b.0 RAID bus controller: Silicon Image, Inc. SiI 3112
[SATALink/SATARaid] Serial ATA Controller (rev 01)

Is this a bug? and how do i install ubuntu on the machine?
