Confirmed, BigPond is missing from mobile-broadband-provider-info; reassigning to the correct package. By any chance, and I'll just guess that you've manually added that entry already; can you confirm that there is a need for a personal username and password for that provider, but only the APN is required besides it. We need to make sure that DNS information is provided automatically by Telstra. Yes. I just tested this. I had to specify the APN as telstra.bigpond and set the username and password. Everything else was left as default. It appears to get all the IP/DNS/etc. from DHCP.
