Just an update that I ran a apt-get purge glipper and manually removed
the /usr/share/glipper/plugins directory and then re-installed and this
time the grow plugin was enabled by default. My guess is that the plugin
is included by default. In any case, this issue can be closed as I do
not believe any further work is required. Peace - Anthony
