Direct link: cable connecting wifi to laptop. Thanks for your suggestion to webchat, unfortunately I've not got a webcam and I'm not sure the laptop would let me do it. I say that because whilst trying to send an e-mail I found that the plate requesting authentication kept coming up, preventing me from doing anything until I had got rid of the plate.
