I asked for a tarball, not for a listing... anyway, you're clearly not running into a network lockup situation and isc-dhcp is called by Network Manager late in your boot, not to mention that NM starts in parallel of the rest of the boot so can't be the cause of a hang. I think i found the reason for the bug because while checking out my dmesg i found out that isc-dhcp-server was respawning looply. So i tried removing it and now boot time is half. I'm sure that it's not firefox problems, because it's too slow at boot, even when I login to xfce. But when "all is ready" (system response are acceptable) the firefox has "normal" velocity.
