Similar issue here: CPU 0 has the correct frequency, CPU 1 goes to
maximum. Ubuntu 14.04 (amd64), cpufreqd 2.4.2-2ubuntu1, on a Dell
Latitude E4300.

it also affects me have a travelmate 4060, also the same that I have
to setup also in the tool...have ubuntu 12.10
