Sorry for bothering you, but I found the cause of the problem. I had 0 available bytes in my home directory. It did not allow me to login. I reduced reserved-blocks-percentage to 0% of /home device. It got me additional 2.8G of space. But I think the bug still exists. I should be able to login and does not matter how much space I have left (0 bytes or 10G).
