This bug is very old, but removing qt-at-spi fixed qtiplot crashing on displaying an import/export dialogue which was suddenly appearing (from one hour to another without rebooting, updating, etc., according to the user) on an Ubuntu 16.04 (64-bit). Affects Anki on Ubuntu 12.04 (elementaryOS) when inserting certain images. After having deleted Orca I had the issue that kd3-qt crashed when I tried to open the Music-directory in the ~-directory. No problem opening it via the Computer-directory. Today I received a hint to this page and removed the qt-at-spi-package. There is no problem anymore with kd3-qt.
