As well, as per https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/precise/+source/linux , we have
the following kernels between 3.2.0-23-generic and 3.2.0-31-generic:
 3.2.0-21.34
 3.2.0-22.35
 3.2.0-23.36
 3.2.0-24.37
 3.2.0-24.38
 3.2.0-24.38
 3.2.0-24.39
 3.2.0-25.40
 3.2.0-26.41
 3.2.0-27.43
 3.2.0-29.46
 3.2.0-30.47
 3.2.0-30.48
 3.2.0-31.50

For regression testing purposes, could you please test
 https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/3.2.0-24.39 ?

I already test 32023, 32031, and 3.6 . All of them have unuppropriate
drivers which doesn't work and after replaced drivers from realtek site,
wifi adapter works OK. So I think, that additional testing is useless,
just I can suggest to reploace existed in kernel drivers to new one.
If you like I can send Yo my
