I enabled apport and restarted. Rhythmbox silently crashes, apport comes up and vanishes. But attached is the huge crash file. Sorry, I had to copy the crash file out of the /var/crash directory. I can't seem to be able to send the crash report. Apport vanishes while collecting data. Two mail programs fail to send attached crash report. Long after the crash, a window popped up titled Problem in rhythmbox with the text The problem cannot be reported: This is not a genuine Ubuntu package. Suggestions?
