I alone play the sound on my Dell after buy another sound card (PCI
CMI8738-MC6) and deactivate the sound card on-board.

Intel HD Audio Controller (rev 02) Codec: SigmaTel STAC9227
Ubuntu Edgy 2.6.17-10-generic
Dell Dimmension E520 (Brasil)
Microphone does not work. Capture tab with options: InMux
InVol; Keys tab: IEC958 and ADCMux. Microphone does not work in
none of the alternatives: Line, Mic, Front Mic. Tested with
Device in 0: HDA Intel (Alsa to mixer) and with Device
in 1:SigmaTel STAC 9227 (OSS to mixer). Not work!
ACDMux Capture in Alsamixer is on but volume control not work,
is null.
