There was some miscommunication among the mailing list moderators and
the email was allowed through a bit earlier than planned. Yes, you can
have a few more hours.

Ubuntu Studio is still trying to get the .svg for the official 
wallpapers with the lobster mascot to make our own derivatives, as 
are other flavors, and it would be rather silly to file a UIFe for 
something so trivial and only delay something that would've taken 
mere hours at most.
