I see Utopic has 1.42.10-1.1ubuntu1 of e2fsprogs, I'd really like it to be at least 1.42.11 if not very latest, so systems with bigalloc could work properly, there are many minor bugs fixed, but also major ones like https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=744953
