Hi everyone, The work being done to integrate web apps with unity to make them first class citizens is awesome! It seems to me that Ubuntu is the perfect candidate to lead by example here.
However, I feel that it would be a very good idea to try and work with the Chrome developers, for example, who are trying to do something similar. Perhaps Canonical can work together with Google to create an API that can become the standard way to integrate with OS services. That way, every one can enjoy these wonderful ideas. We'd just enjoy them a little sooner. ;) Has any Canonical developer attempted to contact the Chrome developers on this point? It seems so much mutual benefit can begot here. Kind regards, Arian
