Plans to update rsync?

Hello,

I could not, for the life of me, figure out how to report a bug or
request a package to be updated (other than emailing this list or
getting on IRC). But thought I'd give this a try.

In rsync 3.2.3, there is a bug when the remote shell is zsh, it sends
some unescaped characters when using `--chown` flag.

This is fixed in 3.2.5.

Currently, Jammy is shipping 3.2.3, are there any plans to upgrade rsync?

The only known workaround is to install an 'out-of-tree' version of
rsync or switch the remote shell to bash.

Ubuntu 22.04 - TOR Package Outdated. Please Update!

The TOR package in Ubuntu 22.04 needs to be updated as version 4.6 no longer 
works since the directory servers refuse to connect on the 4.6 version for 
security reasons. The current version of TOR at TorProject is 4.7. Could you 
guys update TOR to 4.7 soon? It's really caused some road bumps for us.
