Re: Surprises ...

I find this one (https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/286858) quite
problematic for Kubuntu: Gwenview destroys EXIF info from JPEGs...

Re: FYI: Ubuntu at 123-reg hosting!

2007-03-10 Thread Hervé Fache

Sorry, thought it was a good news worth sharing as it shows how Ubuntu is
well received!
Maybe I should have written that explanation at the top of my first e-mail
though...

Sorry again for the noise,
Hervé.

scripting in over 20 languages and are supplied with a comprehensive suite
of software installed. For total flexibility customers with root access can
also installcustom software.

You can order a 123-reg dedicated server today via your control panel.Or why
not try it out: Ubuntu Linux is freely available for
downloador
on
CDso
you can also create a test environment on your home or office pC.

Kqemu is GPL

May I suggest we add the kqemu module to our Feisty kernel?
I know it's late, but it would be a great thing to have...

Didn´t Bernard create Suspend2 kernels for Dapper? Why is it more
difficult with Edgy?

Do you think these wizards could benefit Ubuntu too? Can you tell us
more about what they are, and how they are implemented? What license?

Thanks,

Maybe a stupid question, but what about setting sub-interfaces (<-
correct name?)?
I mean:
eth0 -> DHCP
eth0:1 -> static address

Would that solve the problems with NM?
