Backport an non-exist package to lucid main

Now I am working on backport ibus 1.3 to lucid.

There is a big improvement in ibus 1.3 than 1.2, so for lucid, as a
LTS, it needs better user experience.

But now, I am facing a problem:

IBus-PinYin, which is a main component of ibus for input Chinese, both
hant and hans, depends opencc.

opencc now is in 10.10's main, but it is not in lucid.

Can I backport it?
or need to do something else?
