 * Maintaining the agenda
 * Poking people to come to meetings
 * Prodding launchpad (well, I won't be able to do that for the TB)
 * Writing summaries on the wiki (could send them out via mail as well)

Not really, I'll just do the same as for the CC meeting, which is:
