IIRC this was the old package name for cups, which already has that
URL registered (AFAIK it's not possible to import the same URL for
multiple projects).

 kdebase svn failing with 
 pysvn._pysvn_2_5.ClientError: No such revision 1071409
It would be interesting to try this import with bzr-svn.
