Rodrigo no creo q sea problema de hardware si no del skype, cuando salio Ubuntu 9.04 fue lo primero que reportaron como Bug, el audio en Skype. Y no es problema solo en las Acer por que yo tenia una Lenovo y tube el mismo problema, no se si ya lo hayan resuelto pero trata de dar un update al sistema a ver si te funciona.
