Welcome to the Saucy Salamander Beta 1 Release, which will in time become
the 13.10 final stable release.

Thank you for EVERYONE who made this release possible. Each and every
contribution is highly appreciated :)

I'm unable to run Ubiquity from the live session, as in previous 
builds. 'ubiquity --no-sso' from terminal works perfectly.

Going through 'Install Ubuntu GNOME' everything works perfectly.
Having said that, I've just tested  the rest of the desktop and for now 
I haven't found any bug.


The only thing that I miss from the installation is the new ubiquity 
slideshow, but let's hope Alfredo has it for the final version.


I will test it for some time in my laptop, as a daily work environment, 
so I think some bug will raise.
