Το πακέτο υπάρχει, το έλεγξα ο ίδιος. Το λάθος βρίσκεται εδώ:

Αυτό που έβαλες εσύ είναι για το getdeb.net (εφαρμογές/προγράμματα).

Το σωστό αποθετήριο για το playdeb (παιχνίδια) είναι το:
deb http://archive.getdeb.net/ubuntu oneiric-getdeb games

wget http://archive.getdeb.net/install_deb/playdeb_0.3-1%7Egetdeb1_all.deb-O
playdeb.deb
sudo dpkg -i playdeb.deb
sudo apt-get update
apt-cache policy freeciv-client-gtk
sudo apt-get upgrade

Θα ρυθμίσει αυτόματα το σωστό αποθετήριο και θα αναβαθμίσει το παιχνίδι.

Για να διαβάσει τις καινούργιες εκδόσεις χρειάζεται να εκτελεστεί αυτή 
η εντολή.
