Ειχαμε παρομοιο προβλημα στο ubuntu-cy.
Το certificate χρειαζεται λιγη ωρα για να αναγνωριστει απο τον CA server,
περιπου 6-12 ωρες. Τωρα πλεον θα πρεπει να ειναι οκ. :-)

Το βράδυ που θα είμαι στον browser που έχω εγκατεστημένο το
πιστοποιητικό της startssl που μας παρέχει το πιστοποιητικό για το
server θα προσπαθήσω  να εκδώσω και να εγκαταστήσω ένα νέο. Μέχρι τότε
δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα ασφάλειας... Απλά παρακάμψετε την προειδοποίηση
του browser σας.
