Dear all M targeting smb clients. At the moment i'm using ubuntu 12.04.2 lts with IREDADMIN mail console but some how it not meet my requirement. Basically my requirement is below: 1Use friendly admin console 2can handle multiple domain 3smtp logs must 4AntiSpam controller Issue 1Spamming issue around 5 to 6 domain with average 80 emaild's each domains and 100 aliases. Please suggest me some batter solution as m badly stuck up with one or tow domains Rgs. [ubuntu-in] Help for Ticketing System
Dear all I just plan to deploy ticketing system at are end where our co-ordinator will enter day to day calls on the system and end of the day team leader will get full details of calls and field engineers status. For that I am searching opensource solution. At present I've tried with OTRS and VTIGER but there i need to change so many thing in front end. Here I am talking about approx 60 users, 2 Zone, 4 Team, 4 team leaders, and other then that field engineers who get calls from office or Team leaders. Thank you in advance Rgs. [ubuntu-in] Support for users right
Dear All Thank u in advance I want some support for XRDP users!!! Actually what i want when users loging via any terminal they can access limited application... Setup is like : Ive configured XRDP on ubuntu 10.04 desktop with wine now what i want when user login they can access only wine application And if once i get through i want to use same concept on ubuntu 10.04 server and use higher end server for terminal access with user right and security. Wine application is below: TALLY 9 ERP Please if any buddy have idea then give me some notes or links i dont know how many time i ask help abt the same concept... Dear all Any budy can tell me how can i configure POSTFIX server with 20 domains... Actully My organization is like umbrella so many sub companies are there.. Now what happen around 20 domain's i want to configure in single mail server right now I m using Mdeamon 10.0.0 but what happened after 5 to 10 days my IP got black listed b'coz of 20 domain's are hosted on 3 different vendors. So I discouse with my friend he told me that b'coz of that different vendors it got black listed. Mdeamon 10.0.0 can relay mails with primary domain and thats b'coz extra domain at different vendors its consider in black list. So simply i want to configure POSTFIX as a smtp relay server or ubuntu mail server. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT WHAT THING ARE REQUIRED FOR THAT.. one more thing I do not have right to change the MX recored b'coz management not allowing me to do that. So only two possibility are there either Mdeamon is for mail collections and for relay ubuntu or if ubuntu can handled 20 domain's and again administration is should be easy for admin staff... Like archiving mails or take back up of mails and back up for .conf files. Dear All any budy can tell me how can v configure ubuntu as a log server. Actully Windows as file server m using right now but i wonna report user wise report like which users using which file n copy on there desktop n all kind a report i wont. Is it possible.? [ubuntu-in] facing pb on ubuntu 10.4
Dear all M using ubuntu 10.4 desktop edition on my laptop. Some functions key are not working on 10.4 like LCD brightness up n down its working fine on 9.04 but not in 10.4 & 9.04 sound effect very very very low but in 10.4 its perfect. Actually in my company 6 servers ok i just wonna change one server with ubuntu and client is same know... client is windows thin client pc's so wot i wont to do that client pc's remotally log on ubuntu as well as windows now windows work on RDP and linux doesn work on dat. so i wonna configure ubuntu server as a rdp server so windows thin client pc's can log on. I m new to Ubuntu... but i heard lots of thing abt ubuntu dat is powerfull on thin client and all security so can anybudy give me information dat how can i configure ubuntu 9.04 server as a thin server... But any possbillity of windows thin client cannect with ubuntu 9.04 server via RDP protocal... i tried with XRDP but screen continuelly flashing i din get screen in proper manner so i can work i use wine for tally 9 and erp tally works fine but only thing is i can not connect the server via rdp... if i use xdmcp den its work but agian same pb wot i got the client for xdmcp its not work on windows 2003 and 2008 server...
