Public bug reported: Please backport ledgersmb 1.3.25-1 (universe) from saucy to precise. Reason for the backport: The LedgerSMB package is now in Ubuntu but did not get introduced into Debian and then Ubuntu until after v12.04 was released and is therefore not yet available in an LTS release. I'm starting with version 1.3.25 as that is the current one in Ubuntu and includes security and language related fixes. I translate the error message as: trying to overwrite '/usr/bin/mm', which is also in package MountManager 0.2.6-0ubuntu5. The issue appears to be that the (apparently unmaintained) MountManager package also uses /usr/bin/mm as an installation path, even though MultiMail has been using that since 1999. If you are using the correct initial password for that user when you're attempting to use update the user account, it's possible that it has expired. There are issues with the automatic configuration during the LedgerSMB package install, which is why that is not enabled by default. The issue in this case has to do with the 'ledgersmb' database admin user not being set up with the correct permissions.
