I have the same issue on 2 different installs. Workaround: click the keyboard icon in the top right corner. [Bug 995699] Re: Settings freezes in Flash Player on Ubuntu 12.04
Same problem here. My problem is that my mic doesn't work through a flash application I use. I can't 'enable' it (or change settings).
