Just finished up with netconsole and it does not show anything on the time when 
the actualy problem happens these are the last few lines without any sign of 
any new thing

Is there any other thing that I might try. Also my system does not completely 
halt it eventually becomes slow and slow unless X killed

I'm also having an issue where my system is locking up completely and
the only way to use it again is after rebooting by pressing the power
switch.  As part of trying to track down the problem I setup netconsole
as documented at http://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeam/Netconsole.  After
setting this up I was able to receive some error messages from the
affected system.  This might be helpful in determining what is going on.
